Suspect in 2013 murder turns self in to Little Rock police

King contacted cold case investigators on June 20, 2018 and said he would surrender. He has now done so.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - UPDATE: Antwoin King has surrendered in connection to a 2013 murder case.

ORIGINAL: Little Rock police are searching for Antwoin King on capital murder warrants regarding a 2013 homicide of Joseph McCardell.

Thirty-eight-year-old McCardell was shot to death in January 2013, and his body was found by his then 15-year-old daughter.

King contacted cold case investigators on June 20, 2018 and said he would surrender, but has yet to do so. LRPD is considering King armed and dangerous.

He is a 5 foot, 10-inch tall black male, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

King is also the father of Acen King, a 3-year-old boy that was killed during a road rage incident in 2013.
