LRPD increases reward to $50,000 in triple homicide case

The City of Little Rock has raised the reward money for the triple homicide that occurred at 14th and Peyton on Friday, Nov. 16.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The City of Little Rock has raised the reward money for the triple homicide that occurred at 14th and Peyton on Friday, Nov. 16.

The Little Rock Police Department typically offers a $10,000 reward for homicide cases, but announced on Sunday, Nov. 18 the City increased the reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case to $50,000.

The City of Little Rock has raised the reward money for the triple homicide that occurred at 14th and Peyton up to 50,000 dollars for the arrest and conviction of any person(s) involved. If anyone has any information regarding this homicide or any other homicide contact us.

As detectives work to solve the murders, Walter Crockran, director of Arkansas Stop the Violence, is calling on the entire community to come together. He urges anyone with information to come forward.

"We have to get rid of this no snitching scenario we have in our various communities because the next person that's gunned down can be your mother or your father or one of your loved ones," Crockran said.

So far this year, LRPD has worked 34 homicides -- including one that occurred Sunday morning. At the same time in 2017, the department had investigated 45.
