3rd arrest made in connection with Days Inn homicide in Conway

CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - Another third person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Wisconsin man at the Days Inn on Oak Street in Conway.

Border patrol agents arrested 22-year-old Andrew Morstain of Texas on May 23 around 11 p.m. at the Laredo, Texas border crossing. He faces a capital murder charge in the May 8 death of 48-year-old Leonel Panduro.

A 24-year-old man, Zachary Keesee of Maumelle, was also wanted in Panduro's death and was arrested by the US Marshals Service on May 21 around midnight at the Eagle Pass, Texas border crossing.

Keesee is facing Conspiracy to Commit Murder. The extradition process to bring Keesee back to Arkansas has begun.
