LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Little Rock Fire Department responded to a fatal house fire early June 15 on Bellemeade Drive.
The department responded to the call at 6:17 a.m. from a neighbor who saw the house engulfed in flames. Though the fire was mostly contained to one room, it could be seen on the front of the home.
When they arrived, the fire department entered the home to find a 51-year-old man in the hallway without a pulse.
After performing CPR in the front yard, the victim was transferred to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Little Rock police are investigating the fire since there were no witnesses.
