A man has died and two others are injured after an apartment fire on 100 block of Manor Lane in Hot Springs.
Corporal Kirk Zaner said the call came in around 5:38 p.m. in regards to a structure fire at a three story apartment complex.
Zaner said officers arrived within one minute of the call with firefighters not far behind.
Crews began to evacuate the building as the first floor hallways was "fully engulfed" in flames.
One person reportedly jumped out of a third story window and injured her leg. Another person was injured with minor burns.
The man who passed away was found where the fire allegedly originated. He has not been identified at this time.
