Here's Albert's recipe for kid-friendly crepes:
1 1/2 Cup flour
1TBS sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups 1% milk or milk alternative
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange zest
Sweet filling:
1 pint Blueberry's
1 TBS Turbinado sugar
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
Savory filling
Sautee'd onion, until caramelized
2 eggs beaten
chopped broccoli
monteray jack cheese
