What is Chick-fil-A's Little Blue Menu?
According to the fast food chain's website, Little Blue Menu is a nod to Chick-fil-A's heritage. Founder Truett Cathy's first restaurant was a diner that served many dishes (from a blue menu), and it's where he invented the Original Chick-fil-A sandwich.
Little Blue Menu is an innovative kitchen brand that brings entrepreneurial spirit.
“As an innovation kitchen brand, we are constantly looking at what our customers want to better serve them," said Stuart Tracy, Senior Culinary Lead Developer. "We've noticed our customers getting creative with Chick-fil-A ingredients on pizzas at home, so, we've decided to jump on board! Your taste buds already know the flavors, so it’s love before first bite.”
Chick-fil-A's has one brick-and-mortar Little Blue Menu, which is in College Park, Maryland. Little Blue Menu is testing a food truck in Athens, Georgia.
