2. The bakery also has really popular pancake flavors with pancakes so large they fill your plate. The Nutella pancakes and bananas foster pancakes are some of their best sellers.
3. Their big, biscuit and gravy plates are named after parts of central Arkansas and Little Rock! One of their bestselling biscuit and gravy dishes is the Hot Springs. It’s a biscuit covered in gravy and cheese with hot chicken and scrambled eggs on top.
4. It would not be a proper bakery without some delicious cakes and pies! The cheesecakes there are one of their most special items. Using a special family recipe, they are known for having a lighter bodied cheesecake with a unique crust. They use vanilla wafers in the crust to give it extra sweetness.
5. HLB has a mission of using locally sourced products and also sustainable business practices as well. They have a mission to be as waste-free and ecofriendly as possible. They use biodegradable straws, lids, and utensils for to-go orders. They have recycled paper bags and cups and fiber togo boxes. For dine-in orders, they have glass cups, porcelain plates, and metal utensils so they do not accumulate more waste after every meal served.

Amanda: You can’t go wrong with a good hot chicken biscuit. This one was great! If you aren’t sure what to order I would start there! Also, they have breakfast all day and they are open on Monday when a lot of other restaurants tend to be closed!
