LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Two central Arkansas strip clubs were reported to have violated numerous Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations.
Paper Moon is charged with allowing dancers to solicit as prostitutes, according to the ABC report.
Paper Moon was issued 49 violations. Visions was issued 10.
Beginning in late 2018, the ABC’s Enforcement Division conducted an undercover investigation of several clubs across the state.
As a result of this investigation, numerous violations were issued last week to two clubs in central Arkansas, along with two in northwest Arkansas.
-The violations will be discussed in a hearing before ABC Director Doralee Chandler on March 21. Evidence and testimony will be received at the hearing to determine if the violations are sustained.
Violation penalties can range from a fine or probation to license revocation in some cases.
