DUMAS, Ark. — A 39-year-old is behind bars and charged with first-degree murder for killing a Dumas man on Aug. 17.
Arkansas State Police announced the arrest of Della Marshall on Thursday.
Arkansas State Police arrested a 39-year-old Thursday for killing a Dumas man on Aug. 17.
According to authorities, Della Marshall was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder after an investigation revealed her as a suspect in the death of 36-year-old Jason Nalls off Clayton Drive.
ASP said officers with the Dumas Police Department conducted a welfare check at a residence off Clayton Drive, where they found Nalls dead with an "apparent gunshot wound."
Marshall’s bond was set at $300,000, and she is being held at the Arkansas County Sheriff’s Office.
