PINE BLUFF, Ark — The Pine Bluff Police Department investigated an incident that left one person dead.
On Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019 around 7:45 a.m., a call came in stating a wrong doing had occurred by Daniel Jones that involved 40-year-old Angel Dawn Sebring of Pine Bluff.
This started a search for Sebring and her vehicle. Officers then found a vehicle returning to the woman on the Martha Mitchell Overpass.
While searching the area, officers located the body of a white female lying in a grassy area under the overpass. The female was identified as Sebring.
Daniel Jones was actively searched for as the suspect.
Jones was located Monday, Oct. 7, and taken into custody. Jones has been booked into DBDC.
This is the city’s 24th homicide.
