CONWAY, Ark. — The Conway Police Department arrested 52-year-old Paul Fowler in connection to a homicide that occurred on Sunday, April 9.
Officers had responded to a shots fired call on the 1300 block of Davis Street.
Upon arrival, officials located one victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where they later succumbed to their injuries.
