HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — On Thursday, the Hot Springs Police Department arrested a suspect connected to the 2019 murder of 23-year-old Kenneth Kelley Jr. near Portland Street.
Authorities said the Arkansas State Crime Lab processed DNA evidence from the scene, which came back on Aug. 12 as a match for Rickey Wilson Jr.
Wilson was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder, aggravated residential burglary and aggravated robbery. He is being held at the Garland County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
