LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: 24-year-old Johnny Bailey III was taken into custody on August 28 and is being charged with capital murder.
The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a homicide in the 3000 block of Foster Street.
Authorities said officers responded to a shooting at 11:54 a.m. Saturday and found a man unresponsive.
MEMS took the man, later identified as 45-year-old Jeremy Hicks, to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
