LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police are investigating a homicide in the area of 24th and Marshall.
Police say they arrived to the area shortly before 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, police found a wrecked car with two people inside.
Police say 28-year-old Keyshawn Moseby was killed in the shooting; the other passenger was sent to a local hospital.
