LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Tuesday, Jan. 18, the Little Rock Police Department responded to the area of West Capitol for a robbery of a bank.
When the officers arrives on the scene, they were able to identify and locate the suspect nearby.
Edward Emerson was later charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property.
