3 arrested in connection to North Little Rock's first homicide of the year

Police say 41-year-old Shamirra Nechelle Hudspeth, 17-year-old Wilson Antonio Morris, and a juvenile have been arrested.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to North Little Rock police, 41-year-old Shamirra Nechelle Hudspeth, 17-year-old Wilson Antonio Morris, and a juvenile have been arrested for the city's first homicide of the year.

Police say they responded to an apartment complex on Velvet Ridge Rd. around 1:30 p.m. on January 11 in reference to an unresponsive male. 

Upon arrival, officers found 41-year-old William Wade on the ground outside of the apartment building, unresponsive and suffering from significant physical injuries. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died.

Wilson has been charged as an adult. Hudspeth and Morris have been charged with 2nd Degree Murder. All three suspects are being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
