NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Police Department is investigating a shooting in the 2300 block of Franklin Street that critically injured two men.
Authorities said both victims, who each suffered "at least one gunshot wound," were taken to the hospital, where their conditions are unknown at this time.
