LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police are investigating a shooting that killed one man in the 6600 block of Lancaster Road on Saturday.
According to authorities, officers arrived on the scene just after 9:00 p.m. where they found a man later identified as 20-year-old Xavier Sanders suffering from a gunshot wound.
Paramedics attempted life-saving measures but Sanders died while still at the scene.
Officers were later approached by a juvenile who said he was the suspect they were searching for. He was questioned and then released pending a further investigation.
