15-year-old identified as suspect in fatal North Little Rock shooting, police say

A fatal shooting was reported on November 21 in North Little Rock near the 400 block of Palm Street.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: Officials identified 15-year-old Sean Williams of North Little Rock as a suspect in connection with the homicide of 33-year-old Chris Moore on November 21.

Moore was found deceased at the scene when officers arrived and appeared to have at least one gunshot wound.

An arrest warrant for first-degree murder has been obtained for Williams, who will be charged as an adult.

An investigation is underway on Monday after a homicide was reported near the 400 block of North Palm Street in North Little Rock.

The North Little Rock Police Department reported around 1:45 p.m. it was investigating a shooting.

Once inside the apartment, police found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
