Police announce murder charges for three men in Little Rock drive-by homicide

Police arrested Kingsly Jwanyeh Truver Doshier, 17, of Little Rock and plan to charge Yuhanna Sherrod Clinkscale, 18, of Little Rock and Patrick Johnson, 20, of Little Rock with capital murder for the drive-by shooting death of Tartinisha Rainey.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) — Tartinisha Rainey was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting last month. Police said they arrested a suspect in the case at around 9:30 p.m. April 4, according to a video on the Little Rock Police Department Facebook page.

Kingsly Jwanyeh Truver Doshier, 17, of Little Rock is charged with capital murder. Warrants have been issued for two other suspects that are currently in Pulaski County Jail on unrelated felony charges. They are Yuhanna Sherrod Clinkscale, 18, of Little Rock and Patrick Johnson, 20, of Little Rock.

Rainey, 34, of North Little Rock, died at the hospital after the shooting just after midnight on March 13 at 900 W. 26th St. James Jackson was also shot during the incident, but survived.
