NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police have arrested 21-year-old Justin Davis of North Little Rock in connection to a homicide at The Waters at Chenal apartments in November.
On the evening of November 10, officers with the Little Rock Police Department responded to a shots fired call at The Waters at Chenal apartments.
A witness confirmed that a vehicle had driven into a lake on the apartment complex's property.
Shortly afterward, the vehicle was pulled from the lake with one deceased male inside. The victim was later identified as Roy King of Jacksonville.
Davis will be charged with first-degree murder.
