PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding two suspects after a shooting Monday evening left the owner of Wise Buck Guns and Pawn Shop dead and another individual injured.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, officers were dispatched to the pawn shop in reference to a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers found two men that had been shot. Both were transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center, and the man later identified as the pawn shop's owner, Brandon McHan, died there of his injuries.

Pine Bluff police say it appears that two armed individuals went to the pawn shop, and one entered and exchanged gunfire with McHan. Both suspects then fled, and an individual began to help McHan. Both suspects returned, however, and the individual who had helped McHan used his firearm to exchange gunfire with both suspects. During this exchange, the individual helping McHan was shot in the chin, abdomen and hand.

Anyone with information regarding this shooting is asked to call the Detective Division at (870) 730-2090 or dispatch at (870) 541-4300. Individuals can also share information via direct message on the department's Facebook page.
