JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — A 17-year-old was killed in the early morning hours of June 30 and police are asking for the public's help looking for a vehicle that fled the scene.
Officers with the Jacksonville Police Department arrived on scene near the 1100 block of Heather Street to investigate a shooting around 3 a.m. on Sunday.
Police would find a 17-year-old girl who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She would later be pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene in a white car and police released a photo of the car.
