ARKANSAS, USA — The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident that left one person injured on Monday.
According to reports, deputies were called to the 300 block of Wooten Road. Once they arrived at the scene they found a male who was suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The victim was quickly taken to a nearby hospital, but no information has been released regarding his condition.
Dakota Turner was identified as a suspect and questioned by police. He will be charged with first-degree battery, possession of a firearm by certain persons, and obstructing governmental operations in relation to the shooting.
People are advised to avoid the area as the Criminal Investigation Division continues its investigation.
