Pulaski County Sheriff's Office arrest suspect for shooting incident near Wrightsville, Arkansas

Police say 21-year-old Alexander Davis faces charges of first degree battery and possession of firearm by certain person after a Dec. 17 shooting.

UPDATE- Pulaski County Sheriff's office reports that Davis was taken into custody this afternoon.

Original- The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has put out a 'Be On the Lookout' alert for 21-year-old Alexander Davis, who's wanted in connection with a Dec. 17 shooting near Wrightsville, Arkansas. 

Davis was last seen leaving the scene in a dark-colored sedan. He is described as a black male, 143 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, and 5 feet 6 inches tall. 

Officials say the victim in the shooting incident was shot multiple times and is currently in serious condition.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office also says Davis should be considered armed and dangerous.  

Davis faces charges of first-degree battery and possession of a firearm by a certain person.

Davis is often in the Wrightsville and Sweet Home areas, according to the alert.
