10 years later | Questions still remain after Little Rock man shot and killed at his home

This week marks one decade since a Little Rock man was shot and killed inside his home. However, many questions still remain surrounding the details of his death.

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — This week marks 10 years since a Little Rock man was tragically shot and killed in his home— however, there are still little to no answers for his friends and family.

TC Edwards had a reputation around town as a part of a hard rock band and was a familiar face at the landmark dive bar Pizza D'Action.

"I kind of adopted him as a brother and he adopted me. We'd go to Christmas and Thanksgiving and birthdays [together]," said Mike Poe, one of Edward's best friends.

Edwards was a fixture at Pizza D'Action and would perform with his band, TC and the Eddies.

Poe said his friend had a strict schedule he would adhere to. He would sleep during the day and work until the early morning hours. Then, he would always walk home to his nearby house at the end of the night.

However, one night he didn't make it home.

On December 7, 2014, around 4:00 a.m., Little Rock police were called to do a security check at a house on Howard Street. That's where they found Edwards shot and killed.

Now, Poe makes a to-do list on his mirror every day and checking in with law enforcement is usually on the list.

"It's pretty daunting. I call these people once a week at least and leave messages and voicemails and send emails," said Poe.

Little Rock police said they are still investigating Edward's case, but no new information has been released. Poe said he knows a possible suspect but needs help from the public and law enforcement to make an arrest.

"I 1000% know who did this and I 1000% percent know the evidence is there in order to do something," Poe described.

In the meantime, Poe continues to get answers hoping that one day he will be able to go home knowing his best friend's legacy— and his music— lives on.

"It would mean the world to me. It's what I live for," said Poe.

There is a $10,000 dollar reward being offered for any information that leads to an arrest in this case.

If you know anything you are asked to call Little Rock police.
