SHERWOOD, Ark. — The Sherwood Police Department is investigating after one person was injured when a road rage incident led to a shooting on October 12.
According to reports, the incident happened near Landers and Trammel roads in Sherwood.
Once officers arrived they found a 54-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was quickly taken to the hospital where he remains in stable condition.
A 52-year-old male was later identified as the suspect and has been charged with second-degree battery. However, no other information has been released regarding his identity.
