Teen flees from ambulance while being transferred from Yell Co. Juvenile Detention Center

Nicolas Graham, 16, was in an ambulance on the way to a medical facility when he escaped after "struggling with the ambulance crew," Yell County deputies said.

YELL COUNTY, Ark. — The Yell County Sheriff's Office is searching for 16-year-old Nicolas Graham, who was in an ambulance on the way to a medical facility when he escaped after "struggling with the ambulance crew."

Nicolas fled from custody near the Walmart in Dardanelle just before 6 p.m. on Monday, deputies say.

Yell County deputies describe the teen as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. 

Nicolas is from Paris, Arkansas, and authorities say he was not being held on violent charges.
