Third arrest made in connection with Fordyce teen's car fire death

A 31-year-old man has been arrested, along with two teens who were arrested on May 23, in connection with the death of 18-year-old Jesse Kenneth Turner of Fordyce.

FORDYCE, Ark. (KTHV) - A third man has been arrested in connection with the May 23 death of Jesse Kenneth Turner, 18, of Fordyce.

Paul Maques Cross, 31, of Fordyce, was arrested on May 24 and charged with first-degree murder and arson. Raheem Tyrece Stuckey, 18, and Khalil Tre'von Galloway, 19, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder and arson on May 23.

Police responded to a car fire on May 23 behind Higher Heights Apartments on Kingsland Road. The body of Turner was found at the scene and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
