NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A suspect has been identified in a North Little Rock shooting.
The North Little Rock Police Department is searching for Stacey Montgomery, who they say is considered armed and dangerous. His last known address was on W. 18th St. in North Little Rock
According to Sgt. Brian Dedrick, the shooting happened at the 1600 block of West Short 17th Street sometime around 9:30 a.m. Friday. He said 42-year-old Anthony Thomas was shot several times and taken to the hospital for serious injuries. Officer Shana Cobbs stated that he is stable.
Montgomery currently has an active warrant for first degree battery for his involvement in the shooting. No motive has been released at this time.
