LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A 16-year-old from Benton has been arrested in connection to a homicide that occurred on Saturday, November 18, 2023, on West 12th Street.
Dillain Cheeter was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with manslaughter, aggravated robbery, and first-degree battery.
According to authorities, officers responded to the shooting around 7:29 p.m. on Saturday and found one man dead along with three other injured people, who were all "suffering from gunshot wounds."
Police identified the deceased victim as 17-year-old Marcus Marbley.
