SEARCY, Ark. (KTHV)- A 19-year-old was arrested and charged in a shooting that left one man dead on Friday night.
Justice Cunningham was arrested around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15 and charged with capital murder.
Searcy police responded to the 800 block of West Park Street around 9:30 p.m. on August 11 regarding a 911 call about shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found 24-year-old Davion Bankhead shot. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Bond for Cunningham has not been set at this time.
