Central Arkansas program announces winter assistance will end April 30

The program provided emergency financial assistance to customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is coming to an end.

The Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC) announced on Monday the 2021 Winter LIHEAP Utility Assistance Program will end April 30, 2021.

The program provided emergency financial assistance to customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
