FAYETTEVILLE, Ark — Update: Arkansas Basketball Head Coach Eric Musselman announced via his radio show on Monday evening that Devo Davis is rejoining the team.
Arkansas senior guard Davonte Davis has "stepped away from the program," the university announced Saturday.
The Jacksonville native has appeared in all 19 games this season and is averaging 6.3 points and four rebounds for the struggling Razorbacks, who have lost six of their last seven games.
University officials didn't explain why Davis is away from the program. We are working to gather more information and will update this story as we learn more.
