Nurse.org analyzed over 735 surveys of nurses from more than 70 hospitals in Arkansas to rank the best hospitals to work for in the state of Arkansas. Reviewers cited flexible work schedule, friendly coworkers, competitive pay and patient satisfaction as the basis for the 4.7-star rating with 100 percent of the nurses surveyed recommending Arkansas Heart Hospital as an employer.

The ranking order is based on the average rating and the percent of nurses who would recommend their hospital during a survey period from 2015-17.
