FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas guard Khalif Battle will enter the transfer portal following the departure of head coach Eric Musselman to USC.
Battle, who has one year of eligibility left, played 32 games for the Razorbacks and averaged 14.8 points on 40% shooting with 3.3 rebounds per game.
The graduate senior guard found his groove in the last seven games of the season, scoring more than 30 points in three consecutive games, including a career-high 42 points in an 88-73 victory against Missouri.
Over the final seven games, Battle shot a blistering 50.98% from the field and averaged a team-high 29.5 points per game.
Battle transferred to the Razorbacks from Temple, where he ranked fourth in points (17.9 PPG) in the American Athletic Conference for the 2022-23 season.
