HARRISON, Ark. — A man from Harrison, Arkansas was arrested on Tuesday and charged with 50 counts of child sexual abuse material possession (CSAM).
The investigation was completed by an Arkansas Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) after authorities received a National Center for Missing & Exploited Children cyber-tip.
Upon receiving the cyber-tip, ICAC worked alongside Arkansas State Police and Harrison police to execute a search warrant against the suspect, 38-year-old Justin Neal Perkuhn.
Authorities said that through the course of the investigation, they learned that Perkuhn had initiated "graphic sexual chat" with a 17-year-old girl -- this included Perkuhn exchanging nude images of two minors during the chat.
Additionally, authorities found that Perkuhn had utilized a cloud-based storage server to upload 34 videos and 6 images of CSAM.
Following a search of his phone, more images, videos, and information were found that identified two victims living in the area.
Perkuhn was arrested by agents on Wednesday and transported to the Boone County Detention Center where he was charged with 50 counts of CSAM possession.
He is being held on a $750,000 bond.
