HOPE, Ark. — On July 8, Arkansas State Police's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested 71-year-old Rodney Lee Watson of Hope for distributing child sex abuse materials.
According to reports, officials executed a search warrant on Watson's home after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Watson was arrested and charged with 100 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing material depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. His bond was set at $250,000.
