WARREN, Arkansas — On August 15, special agents with the Arkansas State Police arrested 86-year-old Rocky Goodwin of Warren, for distributing, possession, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
Officials carried out a search warrant at Goodwin's residence in May 2024 after receiving multiple cyber tips from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
A laptop found inside the home revealed several known child sexual abuse material images along with an internet history related to similar material.
Goodwin was transported to the Dallas County Detention Center, where his bond was set at $150,000.
