BEEBE, Ark. — Police have arrested a man from Beebe for the production of child pornography, transfer of obscene materials to a minor, and attempted sex trafficking of a minor.
According to reports, 33-year-old Zachary Bradley was reported to the Beebe Police Department by a minor victim’s stepfather for allegedly raping the minor.
An investigation revealed that Bradley gave the minor victim marijuana and alcohol until he reportedly passed out. Once the minor victim woke up, Bradley was performing sexual acts on him.
Bradley allegedly told the minor victim that if he continued to engage in sex acts with him, he would provide him an allowance.
Investigators also discovered multiple videos on Bradley's phone depicting child pornography of another minor, believed to be approximately 13 years old, along with inappropriate FaceTime video calls.
On December 8, 2021, Bradley was indicted by a federal grand jury for the production of child pornography, transfer of obscene material to a minor, and attempted sex trafficking of a minor.
Bradley pleaded guilty to all seven counts in the Indictment on July 27, 2023. He was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison along with a lifetime of supervised release.
