GOULD, Ark. — Arkansas State Police are investigating the death of an inmate in the Cummins Unit.
According to reports, officials found 51-year-old Quincy Moore deceased in his cell on December 11.
Moore was serving a life sentence for an August 9, 1990, aggravated robbery in Pulaski County. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
Moore's body is being transferred to the Arkansas State Crime Lab to determine the cause and manner of death.
