LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Friday, Arkansas State Police arrested West Memphis Police Officer Myles Huff and charged him with three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, obstructing governmental operations and first-degree assault.
According to state police, the Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney asked the special investigations until to assist with an incident where the 26-year-old "brandished his service weapon while off duty'" in October 2023.
Arkansas State Police said Huff was still wearing his uniform after leaving work that day when he had an altercation at an apartment complex in West Memphis.
Huff surrendered to the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office Friday afternoon. His bond was set at $3,000.
