LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: As of 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, there are a little over 2,300 customers without power in Arkansas.
After storms rolled through parts of Arkansas on Sunday, thousands of people across the state were left without power.
According to the National Weather Service Little Rock, a severe thunderstorm warning was issued for many counties in Arkansas. These thunderstorms also brought along very strong winds, rain, and even hail in some parts.
There have even been numerous reports of downed trees
Due to the storms across the state, as of 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night, there are nearly 60,000 people without power. Including nearly 5,000 of those in Pulaski County.
