BENTON, Ark. — The Benton Police Department has now arrested a man for his involvement in a sex crime that was reported in the city.
According to reports, after an investigation was done, officers arrested 46-year-old Tim Steppach of Benton, and he now faces two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing and more charges could be added.
