Survivors of the tornado on March 31 can now apply for disaster case management through the Disaster Service Corporation St. Vincent DePaul Disaster Case Management.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — It has now been nearly a year since a powerful "high-end" EF-3 tornado hit parts of Central Arkansas causing devastation for hundreds of people in the area.

The City of North Little Rock announced on Tuesday that survivors of the tornado on March 31, 2023, can now apply for disaster case management through the Disaster Service Corporation St. Vincent DePaul Disaster Case Management.

Case Management for Disaster Recovery is actually a free service that works to pair various households with case managers who are trained and qualified.

The case managers work one-on-one with those who were impacted by the tornado to determine any unmet needs and resources that are available to them.

They are also able to advocate on behalf of tornado victims to FEMA, insurance companies, and any local disaster recovery organizations.
