LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas man has now been arrested on several counts of distributing child sexual abuse material.
On Tuesday, Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin issued a statement regarding the arrest of 41-year-old John Moseley of Benton.
Mosely was arrested on 30 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter that showed child sexual abuse material.
“Special agents in my office’s Special Investigations Division arrested this man after executing a search warrant at his home on December 11 based on a tip made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline. The man was not at his home at the time. He was later arrested at the Love’s Travel Stop in Malvern as he was preparing to travel out of state," said Griffin.
Mr. Moseley was booked into the Saline County Detention Center and is being held pending a bond hearing.
