LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A 40-year-old Benton man was arrested on 12 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing child sexual abuse material, Attorney General Tim Griffin announced Wednesday.
"This arrest is a follow-up to our arrest of a Benton woman last week on similar charges," Griffin said. "Parents should be advised that our investigators determined that images in this case were shared over popular social media channels."
Griffin said Eric Brown was booked into the Saline County Detention Center, where he is currently being held pending bond.
“I am grateful to the special agents in my office’s Special Investigations Division whose diligent and tireless investigative work led to this arrest," Griffin said. "Our commitment is to continue tracking down those who exploit our most vulnerable.”
