CABOT, Ark. — The Cabot Police Department is looking for 17-year-old Andrew Wills, who was reported missing on Dec. 11.
Authorities describe Wills as 5-foot-9 inches tall and about 140 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Cabot police said Wills was last seen wearing sweatpants, a hoodie and a puffy jacket in the area of North 3rd Street in Cabot.
Police also said Wills frequently visits Heber Springs and is believed to be in the area.
