Here's how you can celebrate Hanukkah in Little Rock

December 7 marks the first night of Hanukkah, and we've got a list of ways that you can celebrate here in Little Rock.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Hanukkah, which is a Hebrew word meaning "dedication," is a Jewish eight-day-long festival of lights that is traditionally celebrated with a nightly lighting of the menorah, alongside special prayers and fried foods.

In 2023, the dates for the holiday are from December 7 through December 15.

  • Grand Menorah lighting with Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders- Thursday, December 7, at 5:30 p.m.
